Her Story
I founded Optiwell Medical to bring genuinely clinical care to lifestyle medicine and aesthetics. After more than fifteen years in nursing, across hospitals in Rome, London and Cambridge, I wanted to offer something the high street often does not: treatment that begins with a proper medical assessment and is led, from start to finish, by an experienced, qualified clinician.
My background spans advanced clinical practice, neuroscience nursing and aesthetic medicine. That range matters, because looking well and being well are rarely separate. Whether you come to me for your metabolic health, your hair, your skin, or simply to understand your blood results, I look at the whole picture before recommending anything.
I believe in natural-looking results and honest advice. In every consultation I explain what a treatment can realistically achieve, and I will always tell you if something is not right for you. My aim is not to sell a procedure. It is to help you look better, feel healthier and age well.
