The Cambridge Weight and Metabolic Health Programme
A medically supervised programme that addresses the factors behind your weight, your hormones, medical history, medications and lifestyle, not simply the number on the scale.
Who it's for
Adults who have struggled to lose weight despite diet and exercise, who have regained weight after previous attempts, or who want to protect their long-term health and reduce cardiovascular risk. Typically aged 35 to 70, and anyone who values medical supervision and continuity of care.
What to expect
Weight management is a journey rather than a one-off treatment. Many patients notice changes within the first four to eight weeks, though this varies. Programmes run from three to twelve months, with ongoing support to help maintain results.
Prescription treatment is not suitable for everyone and is assessed individually during your consultation.
How it works
01 Comprehensive assessment
A 60-minute consultation covering your medical history, current medications, previous attempts and goals, with measurement of weight, BMI, body composition, blood pressure and heart rate.
02 Your personalised plan
Nutrition and lifestyle guidance, physical activity recommendations, behavioural strategies, and prescription treatment where it is clinically appropriate for you.
03 Ongoing support
Monthly reviews to monitor progress and body composition, assess how you are responding, adjust your plan and provide continued guidance.

Hair Restoration
PRP Hair Restoration
A non-surgical treatment that uses your body's own platelets to support hair follicle activity.
Who it's for
Men and women with androgenetic alopecia, or early-stage thinning where the follicles are still present. A consultation confirms whether PRP is suitable for you.
What to expect
Many patients notice reduced shedding after two to three months, with improved thickness and hair quality around three to six months. Maximum benefit is usually seen around six to twelve months.
